Analytic Advantage, Inc. recently purchased Analytic Prowess, LLC, a small training and consulting company also based in the Northern Virginia area.

Analytic Prowess was formed by Morgan Jones, author of The Thinker's Toolkit, and had a similar product line to some of the training and services offered by AAI.

During 2010, the two companies jointly developed online versions of The Thinker's Workshop^TM, analytic structuring training based on Morgan Jones's book, as well as other courses, such as creative thinking. As a result of the acquisition, Analytic Prowess will no longer be offering public seminars or instructor certification workshops. AAI will be making an announcement about public workshops and certification courses soon.
