Probably. We have an extensive “train the trainer” capability. We can certainly offer courses and material to help make your folks better instructors. Such material could include: fundamentals of instruction, effective facilitation skills, training evaluation, assessing training needs, and more. However, much of our content is protected by intellectual property rights and may be subject to licensing. |
